Live fans of Sarpa Salpa will already be familiar with their latest release ‘She Never Lies’ as it had established itself as a firm setlist favourite throughout their shows well before it was put out as a recording.
In a sign of true longevity, it’s one of the first songs that was written by the band, and while many artists usually grow bored of their earlier catalogue, ‘She Never Lies’ remains in their opinion as one of the strongest. This stands the song in promising stead, as past releases have received support from Jack Saunders (Future Artists) and Clara Amfo (Future Sounds) on BBC Radio 1, as well as from BBC Introducing, 6 Music, Amazing Radio, Radio X (X-Posure Playlist) and the Student Radio Association.
