Two-piece northerners Dirty Blonde have produced a real powerhouse of a track with their latest release ‘Come Over’. Having received support from some huge Spotify playlists, this track does really feel like a rock classic already.
The duo of Issy and Hayley who make up Dirty Blonde have all the power of any of the huge alt rock bands and almost feel like if Kasabian and Royal Blood had a child with female vocals.
Issy’s vocals are most certainly a huge talking point in this track. It can be hard for absolutely anyone to have a voice big enough to push through a track this huge but her voice is so outstanding and cuts through every single part of the instrumentation to become the main focus of a track which really smacks you in the face.
Dirty Blonde don’t have a huge amount of music out and are clearly just starting out but what an impact they’re making already. It’s clear to see why they’re making waves in the northern scene at the moment, these girls have a massive amount of talent and write songs which just make you want to bang your head around!
