Hailing from the North West, couchsports. is a high energy collision of grunge grit, pop-punk hooks and emo heart. Drawing inspiration from the raw intensity of bands like Basement and Superheaven, the anthemic spirit of The Story So Far and the emotional depth of bands like Movements, the band delivers a sound that’s nostalgic yet unapologetically fresh.

Founded only last year, the band is the project of multi-instrumentalist Joe Banks. With soaring choruses, distorted yet melodic guitars and introspective storytelling, couchsports. speaks to a generation longing for authenticity and connection.
