King Kartel are kicking off 2020 with a real bang. The Manchester based band, comprising of three Irish lads, one Mancunion and a lad from St Helens, have released ‘Be Mine’ alongside a headline show at Manchester Academy which is close to selling out already!

‘Be Mine’ takes a step away from their usual indie rock sound to something with enough sway and swagger to rival the original King himself. This single aims to bring King Kartel into a new phase of their career and it’s already looking good. Hold your partner tight and sing along with Hugh McCreesh as the night drifts on by into the sunset.

We’ve had the pleasure of seeing King Kartel perform a stripped back version of this as part of our Sunday Club at Rose & Monkey Hotel and we’ve loved it ever since. They are heading out on a run of UK/IRE live dates where ‘Be Mine’ will be perfectly placed amongst their raucous back catalogue that has already made so many people fall in love with.

You can catch King Kartel on the following dates:

6th March – Club Academy, Manchester
11th April – KU 2, Stockton Calling
12th April – Indiependance, Wigan
3rd May – Stag & Dagger, Glasgow
29th May – Spirit Store, Dundalk
30th May – Whelan’s, Dublin
