Ten Tonnes brought his tour to Manchester’s Deaf Institute with superb support from Pale White. With his debut album soon to be released (3rd May), Ten Tonnes has shot up in fame with his latest single ‘Better Than Me’ getting daytime airplay across the nation. This tour seems to be a warm up for the much bigger tour in May coinciding with the release of the album.

The 22 year old singer/songwriter played with the heir of a seasoned professional; with the crowd in the palm of his hand from the moment he walked out. Ten Tonnes played some of his recent hits mixed with new songs from album which are a real treat for anybody who has ordered it. The new songs were instantly catchy and had the audience singing them back despite having only just heard them. His distinct voice and style of songwriting is noticeable throughout these news tracks and judging by this show Ten Tonnes’ album is going to be an instant hit.

Ten Tonnes returns to Manchester on May 13th at Gorilla which will undoubtedly sell out so make sure you get your ticket early. He has also been announced for several festivals including Y Not Festival and Kendal Calling.
