Fancy seeing some shit hot indie bands at an idyllic yet intimate festival this summer? Well, 110 Above has definitely got you covered.

Over the years, this festival has been the home to a long list of upcoming bands from the indie scene – ranging from tropical pop, upbeat folk and acoustic loveliness to more recently alternative/edgy vibes. From whatever end of the spectrum you reside in this genre, there will definitely be a stage fit for you here and it gives you the opportunity to dip your toes into other things too.

We were on the edge of our seats this evening as they announced the first 10 bands one by one on their Facebook page over the course of a few hours and man, they delivered.

The big news is something I think we were all rooting for this year, Sundara Karma’s first ever festival headline. Yes. Watching these boys go from strength to strength over the last couple of years has been so exciting. From playing incredible support slots for huge bands such as Two Door Cinema Club and The Wombats, sold out tours, playing the main stage at Reading & Leeds and other countless festival slots – it was about bloody time. We couldn’t think of a better festival to inaugurate them into the headliners club and now that their debut album has blessed us all, this set is sure to be something special.

But alas, the excitement doesn’t stop there. Benjamin Francis Leftwich will be the perfect antidote for all of your hangovers over the weekend alongside 110 Above veterans, Eliza and The Bear, and dreamy duo, Seafret.

For some high energy indie pop, hotly-tipped Anteros, High Tyde and The Night Café will be there too. As well as Marsicans, Deco and Idle Frets. This isn’t one you’ll want to me this year.

Oh, and did we mention it’s only 50 quid?
